The Quincy Housing Authority’s Resident Services Department kicked off spring with the residents of Thaxter Park yesterday morning. Residents had the opportunity to let their creativity sprout with the making of paper flowers. Ruth Bennett, Commissioner of Quincy Housing Authority made a special trip with her friend Deb to deliver a massive bouquet to a friend residing in a nursing home to make her day.
