On April 22, 2026, a Draft Federal Annual Plan for the Hingham Housing Authority, as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), was made available for a forty-five (45) day public review and comment period. The Draft Plan is available here and at the main office for our managed agencies located at 80 Clay Street, Quincy, MA 02170. If you require a reasonable accommodation to access the Plan, please contact the Quincy Housing Authority office. A public hearing to consider comments will be held on Tuesday, June 09, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The Plan will also be presented to the Hingham Housing Authority Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, June 09, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Written comments may be submitted by mail to the attention of James Marathas, Executive Director, Quincy Housing Authority, 80 Clay Street, Quincy, MA 02170.
