NO SMOKING is allowed on any of the Hingham Housing Authority properties.
Large breeds of dogs are not allowed. The pet policy prohibits any breed of dog over 30 pounds at maturity.
If you are offered a state subsidized family unit:
- Rent is 27% of your adjusted income
- Tenant pays for heat
- Tenant supplies their own refrigerator
If you are offered a state subsidized elderly unit:
- Rent is 30% of your adjusted income
- HHA will supply a refrigerator
- Electric and Heat is included
